Chapman Manufacturing was established in Durham, Connecticut in a garage in 1936. Today it has become an iconic brand with products that people love. They are made to the highest quality possible in the USA, from American-made materials.
The yellow plastic cases that are instantly recognisable as Chapman Manufacturing were first phased in towards the late 1980s, .
People use Chapman midget ratchets and insert bits to repair and service everything from firearms to appliances, computers to Apache helicopters.
Their tools are particularly hard to date because they're essentially the same since 1936. Since it's difficult to nail down most things to a specific year, Chapman Manufacturing tend to describe its tool history in eras.
